Only 333 bottles. Aged 5 years in an ex-Jack Daniels cask, then finished in an ex-Sauternes cask. Sweeney Mountain is a local landmark and part of the estate our property was originally part of. With an elevation of 189 metres, it’s more hill that mountain.

Hints of Golden Syrup & elderflower on the nose, with a taste of honey, fresh apricot & pear. Our first releases are the casks we gained as half owners of Henstone Distillery. We produced all of wash and worked on the distillations.
